You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your done55 username and password. done55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. done55 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
If you believe your done55 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify done55 support immediately via the support page. done55 will investigate and, where appropriate, take interim measures to protect your account pending resolution.
done55 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your done55 account or any credits, balances, or entitlements held within it to any other person.
All done55 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). done55 does not apply currency conversion charges. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are typically credited to your done55 PKR wallet instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one to three business hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following sufficient blockchain confirmations. Deposits made to a done55 account are for gaming purposes only. done55 does not pay interest on account balances. Unused balances that remain dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as set out in done55's fee schedule, which is available on request via the support page.

Results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting body and, in cases of dispute, the decision of done55's trading team is final.
For live casino games including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, the result displayed on screen is final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, bets already placed and confirmed prior to disconnection will stand. done55 is not responsible for connectivity issues arising from the player's network or device.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
In no event shall done55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the total amount deposited by you into your done55 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is closed for cause, done55 reserves the right to void pending bets and forfeit balances. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, as a result of done55 ceasing to operate in a particular market — any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
